What if I can't be present for the delivery?

No problem! We rely on Poste Italiane specifically for parcel storage. They will make two delivery attempts on two consecutive business days. If the recipient is still not found on the second attempt, they will leave a notice in the mail indicating the post office where the package will be held (the one closest to your home) where it will be held ready for collection for a maximum of 10 days.

Materials and Colors

Some two-tone colorways (Pink and Black) are made of the same material in fabric but different in external texture.

The properties (cut-resistant, waterproof and shielding) are the same, the fabric will simply feel slightly different to the touch compared to other colors.

These are minimal and hardly noticeable differences, but we would like to inform you if customers purchase different colors.

We would also like to point out that the photographs are taken in a professional studio with perfect lighting and shots, therefore the colors may appear slightly different.
